Quitting smoking has got to be one of the difficult addictions as well as habits to break. Non smokers could not even begin to phantom just how difficult this is for some smokers. Any smoker that has broke the habit should be commended on their effort and perseverance. For those that have not reached that accomplishment yet there is plenty of hope that the day will come for you too.
Any smoker will reluctantly tell you that at least the thought of quitting smoking has crossed their mind once or twice. At the same time though another thought comes with it which says, forget it you will never do it. Then with a sigh of relieve the thought of attempting to quit smoking gets pushed aside until the next bout of sickness sets in.
This is the never ending merry go round of the smoker. Really though whether anyone likes it or not the choice to quit or not should be yours. That is provided you are a courteous smoker and do no subject anyone around you to the perils of the smoke. Then there is always the environment one has to think about as well.
Even if you are not ready to do this for yourself, at least put the effort forth for your loved ones. No doubt there are people on your back all the time telling you to quit. Every smoker’s addiction is different. They all have one thing in common though and that is they are addicted.

What is really quite ironic is that its usually the reformed smokers that are the worse. It may seem that they are trying to rub it in your face, that they had the power to quit and you don’t.
